Pit Companion by SCENE IN THE DARK
In the app (fastest). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside Pit Companion. No email or waiting required.

Steps to delete in the app

  1. Open Pit Companion and go to the Community tab.
  2. Open your Profile (top-right profile icon).
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and the data tied to it.

Prefer email?

If you can no longer open the app, email caswell001@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action these within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in email, your community posts (show reports, tips, gear and venue notes), any photos you uploaded to the Community, your display name, and your votes and reports. This removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept

Your private on-device logbook lives only on your phone and is never uploaded; it is removed when you delete the app. We keep no backup of it. We may retain minimal records required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes for a limited period, after which they are deleted.
